Sprouts(अंकुरित) Chaat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mung Sprouts
  • ½ cup black channa sprouts
  • 1 cup mooth Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind(imli) sweet Chutney (suit to taste)
  • 1 tbsp Green Chutney
  • Coriander leaves for Garnishing
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Green chillies chopped (to make it spicy)
  • 3 small onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Curd(दही)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Directions

1. Put some oil in pan. Once it heats up add 2 chopped onions to it. Let these cook. Add Green chilli chopped. Once they turn pinkish add boiled sprouts to it. Add dry masalas like salt, chilli, Jeera powder.

2. Cover it and let it cook till the time all sprouts are just done a little bit. Do not over cook else the taste will change. It would normally take 4-5 min.

3. Now take off the heat and add tamarind chutney, green chutney, lime juice , chaat masala. Add some coriander to this. Put some curd on it for garnish...
