How to Manage Pregnancy Symptoms???

Congrats!! Mom-to-be……

………..Welcome to Pregnancy!! Being pregnant , u r going to have the most joyous experience a woman can ever have. This is the start of an incredible journey.


For morning sickness :

· Take 1 cup of water & and ½ tsp of eno to it.drink after its gas evaporates.

· Sip ginger drinks, grate it fresh in tea.

· Sip fluids frequently between rather than with meals to avoid stomach fullness.

· When cooking, keep your kitchen well ventilated to avoid lingering odors.

· Do not let your stomach get empty. An empty stomach can lead to severe nausea.

· Stay away from high-fat foods. These can also worsen morning sickness symptoms.

· Eat whatever foods you feel like you can keep down. Pregnancy is not a time to start or continue on a diet, unless advised by your doctor.

· Eat anytime you feel like you want to.


For Back Pain :

· Avoid standing for long periods of time

· Avoid stretching to reach something.

· Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back.

· Treat yourself to a light back massage, or apply a heating pad or a cold pack to the lower back.

· Sleep on a firm mattress & lie on your side(preferably left).

· Wear low-heeled footwear throughout pregnancy.

· Get someone to help you when you're lifting anything heavy.

· Ask your doctor about performing exercises to strengthen the back muscles.
